Spring Breakin'

It's so fun to have Steve home with us for a week of the kids 2 1/2 weeks off! We stayed busy doing lots around the house. We made sure we spent lots of time outside enjoying the perfect weather. I love planting new spring flowers, and we took up gardening this year! One whole tomato plant! The kids got to have their first sleepover on the trampoline. Funny thing was there wasn't much sleeping.... we have the nosiest sleeping neighbors?? And it got a lot cooler than expected!

Easter

Spring is here! My favorite months of the year! This year for Easter we had my family over for a fun lunch and an egg hunt! Earlier in the week we shared an evening with them at the Temple to see the Easter Pageant. 

I LOVE Love

A favorite photographer of mine once said perfectly "I love Love!" And I could not have thought of a better theme for my New Year! Love! I love sooo much! And it's about time I think about those things more often! I've been stuck in a negative funk lately, the blahs.  But time to move forward and LOVE!

I LOVE this girl, and how much she loves to take pictures in Photo Booth! Those are just a few.... I'm often surprised and giggle while looking through all that she has taken of herself while mommy is busy! 

Mr. Photogenic

I've seemed to forgotten someone in my "about me" there on the side of this page. Mommy to four and wife to one special guy does not quite complete me really. You see, I got this present for my birthday last year, and he's a huge part "about me". He's drives me crazy with all his hair, makes me angry when he begs, smells from time to time, frustrates me like no other,  is restless some nights, and still doesn't "Shake!".

He IS so tolerable, BLACK, adorable, loving (total momma's boy)( and daddy's too sometimes), born of award winning blocky "headed" parents, happy, and believe it or not calm! **Which is exactly what was on our wanted list!  

I give you "JET" ("jetdawg", "jetpuppy", "jettie" (from audrey).  Our Black Lab.

 

 

 

P.S. He kept my feet warm under the desk the entire time I was posting this.  (momma's boy :)

Changes

A new look for the blog, new hair color and style, new month! (where did November go?), and new Family pictures!

Posting about the concert was fun in itself! I added more New Kids to my playlist!

Who'd you hang out with last night?

My sis and I (cover girls if you were wondering...) got to hang out with the COOLEST boys (okay men) from Boston. I had a BLAST and that word doesn't even come close to explain the THRILL! And considering Jenea' wasn't able to stop dancing and screaming I would say she had some fun too! We were on the floor, row 12, AISLE seats (more dancing room :)!!! Yep saw everything, and CLOSE! Did I mention we we're shown on their HUGE screen on the stage, and the screens in the nose bleeds??!! Yep, famous and cover girls, Lovin' the New Kids Forever!
